Preparation

Review the sequence before you begin

The VPNVK workflow has two parts: the user panel handles your account, plan, and personal subscription, while the client receives the subscription, displays routes, and establishes the connection. Complete your account and plan setup in the panel first, then give the subscription generated by the panel to the client. Do not reverse the order; even if the client is installed in advance, there will be no route configuration to import.

This page does not provide static installers or display a real subscription address. When you need a client, sign in to the user panel and open the download section to get the version for your current platform. When you need a subscription, copy the link generated for your account from the account overview. Treat your personal subscription as a configuration entry: keep it in your own client and do not post it publicly or share it with others.

If you have already completed part of the process, use the contents above to jump to the relevant section. For a first setup, start with account creation and work through the steps in order. Keep the user panel accessible so that, if no routes appear after importing, you can immediately return to check the plan status and subscription details.

Account

Create a Username and Password

Open the VPNVK account creation page and choose a username you can remember, then enter a password and submit the form. VPNVK does not require an email address; your account credentials consist of the username and password. Before submitting, check that all fields are complete, especially that the password matches the page requirements. Once finished, the page will take you to the user panel or ask you to sign in with the credentials you just created.

After signing in, confirm that the page shows sections such as the account overview, plans, client downloads, and support tickets. These options indicate that the account is ready to use. You do not need to copy the subscription yet because a new account has not been linked to an active plan. Next, open the plans section and choose the data option that fits your usage.

Plans

Choose a plan based on your data needs

In the plans section of the user panel, you will find monthly subscriptions and data packages. A monthly subscription includes a monthly data allowance that resets each month on the activation date. A data package is deducted as you use it, remains available until depleted, and never expires. For regular access to international websites, streaming, or AI tools, compare the monthly subscription tiers first. If your usage is irregular and you prefer to control the consumption period, consider a data package.

After selecting a plan, the order page lists the plan name, data allowance, and amount due. Review these details first, then choose one of the payment methods shown on the page, such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, do not submit the order again; return to the panel and check the plan status. If it has not updated, refresh the account overview and review the order history. For more complex order issues, contact the Help Center; billing troubleshooting is outside the scope of this page.

When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. All plans support unlimited devices, but the actual data allowance still depends on the selected plan. Once the order is complete and the plan is active, continue to the subscription step so the client can receive the complete route list on its first update.

Subscription

Copy Your Personal Subscription from the Account Overview

Once the plan is active, open the account overview. Confirm that the current plan is available, then find the subscription information section. The panel usually places the copy-subscription and client-import options together. Select copy, and the personal subscription link generated by the system will be placed on your clipboard. Switch to the client and paste it in the import field; do not edit the link manually.

To recognize the format, think of a subscription as an address like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is only a documentation example and cannot be used to connect. The usable content must come from the user panel for your current account. If copying produces blank content, first confirm that the plan is active, then reload the account overview and try again.

A subscription link is not a single fixed route; it is the entry point the client uses to retrieve and update the route list. Do not split the link or copy only part of it. After a successful import, the client generates regional and route options from the subscription. When routes change, use the client’s update-subscription function to sync them; you do not need to create another account.

Client

Import the Subscription on Each Platform

The client reads your subscription and establishes the connection. Open the client download section in the VPNVK user panel and choose the version for your operating system. After installation, do not add routes one by one. Instead, find the subscription manager, configuration manager, or import-from-URL option and paste the personal subscription copied in the previous step. Save and update; the client should then display a route list organized by region.

Windows

Open a desktop client that supports subscription URLs and go to its subscription or configuration manager. Add a new subscription, paste your personal subscription into the URL field, give the configuration an easy-to-recognize name, save it, and click update. Return to the route page and confirm that options such as Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States, and Japan are available. Then set this configuration as the active one.

Some Windows clients separate the system proxy from the connection button. After importing the subscription, choose a route and enable the connection or system proxy as prompted by the client. If a route is selected but browser access does not change, check the connection status on the client’s main screen instead of repeatedly importing the same subscription.

macOS

In the macOS client, open configuration or subscription management and choose the option to add a remote configuration by URL. Paste your personal subscription, save it, and run an update. If macOS displays a network-configuration permission prompt, confirm it in the system dialog, then return to the client and select the current route. Menu-bar clients usually place subscription updates, route selection, and the connection switch in the same menu.

Afterward, first check whether the client shows a connected status, then open the target website to verify it. If the app can update the subscription but cannot establish a connection, try another route in the same region to distinguish a single-route issue from a local configuration issue. For further system network checks, visit the Help Center and review the relevant troubleshooting category.

Android

Open an Android client that supports remote subscriptions and look for the plus sign, add-configuration option, or import-from-URL option on the configuration page. Choose the URL method, paste your personal subscription, save it, and update. Once the route list appears, choose a route in the region required by the target service, then return to the client home screen and connect. The first connection of this type may prompt for permission; follow the system instructions.

If the client says it cannot recognize the format after pasting, make sure you did not use the example address as a real subscription and that there are no extra spaces before or after the link. Return to the account overview, copy the subscription again, and replace the existing input. Do not transfer your personal subscription through public text tools, as unrelated people could obtain the configuration entry.

iOS

Open the client download section from the user panel and obtain the iOS client using the method provided on the page. In the client, open subscription, configuration, or server management and choose Add from URL. Paste your personal subscription and save it. After updating and confirming that the route list appears, choose a route and start the connection. When the system first asks to add a network configuration, confirm it in the system dialog.

If the client offers automatic updates, enable periodic subscription updates so later route changes are easier to sync. Client names and menu layouts may change between versions, so focus on the concepts “subscription URL,” “remote configuration,” and “update” rather than expecting the button labels to match this page exactly.

Connection

Choose a Route and Verify It Works

After the subscription update finishes, choose a region based on your purpose. For a service with regional requirements, select a region supported by that service. For general cross-border access, start with a route that is geographically closer. Among the route types, IEPL dedicated routes are better suited to situations where stability matters, transit routes balance connection quality and coverage, while direct routes depend more on the current network environment. See the Global Routes page for the complete selection logic.

After selecting a route, connect and wait for the client status to change to connected, then open a browser and visit the target service. Do not rely only on the client button color. Also check that the page loads normally, the exit region matches the selected route, and streaming content or long-lived connections continue to work. If the target service still shows the region from before the connection, close and reopen the page or clear that service’s session state before checking again.

When a connection fails, follow the shortest troubleshooting path: update the subscription once, switch to another route in the same region, and reconnect. This quickly rules out a temporary route condition or outdated configuration. If no route connects or only a specific app has issues, open the Help Center and search by system and error behavior. Complete

From here, just update the subscription and switch routes

After the initial setup, daily use usually involves only two tasks: updating the subscription in the client and switching routes for the target service. Plans, data, and subscription access remain managed in the user panel, while the client handles the connection. When changing clients or reconfiguring the system, return to the account overview, copy the current personal subscription, and import it again using the instructions for the relevant platform.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until used and never expire. To change your usage plan, open the plans section in the panel. To check your account and subscription status, open the account overview. Refund terms after the first payment are governed by the service terms; marketing pages consistently state a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.

At this point, account creation, plan selection, subscription copying, client import, and connection checks are complete. If you simply want to start using the service, you do not need to change additional protocol or system settings. When a clear problem occurs, troubleshoot based on its symptoms; this is easier than changing several settings at once.
