Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what data VPNVK handles when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, processing orders, and maintaining the website, why that data is processed, and how users can manage it. Using the service means that the user has read this policy; anyone who disagrees with these practices should stop using the relevant features.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

VPNVK account creation does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to create an account. The service therefore does not require a registration email or make an email address a condition for activating a subscription. The account system stores the username, securely processed password credentials, plan status, and necessary account settings for authentication, subscription delivery, account management, and security checks.

Order records include the selected plan, payment channel, order status, transaction identifier, and refund status. This information is used to confirm payment, deliver the service, review disputes, and meet necessary financial record obligations. VPNVK supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and the website does not ask users for information unrelated to completing the selected payment.

The website may process basic access analytics, such as visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, and page errors, to check whether content displays correctly, resolve compatibility issues, and improve page structure. This information is not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.

Anonymous No-Logs Principles

VPNVK follows anonymous no-logs principles. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain access content, search content, DNS queries, or message bodies, or build a browsing history that could reconstruct an individual's network activity.

The service does not retain connection logs over the long term when they could be used to trace specific network activity. To handle authentication, traffic allowance calculations, exceptions, and subscription status checks, the system may process necessary technical status data during a session. This status is used only for the current service process, is not saved as a website access record, and is not used to analyze the specific content a user accesses.

Anonymous no-logs principles do not affect the normal retention of orders, account status, or support ticket records. These records are used for subscription delivery, refunds, support, and security management, and are separate from information about which websites a user visits.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface choices, and necessary session information. These data help maintain account access, restore page settings, and reduce repeated actions. If necessary storage is disabled, login, subscription management, or language preferences may not persist correctly.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. Clearing them does not delete existing subscriptions or order records, but login status and page preferences on the current device may need to be configured again.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

Payments are handled by the channel selected by the user. VPNVK receives the payment result, transaction identifier, and status information needed to confirm an order, while data collected directly by the payment channel is handled by that channel under its own privacy rules. The service does not control third-party payment pages and does not copy complete account details held by a payment channel into VPNVK website analytics.

To verify an order, process a refund, or handle a dispute, necessary order information may be shared between VPNVK and the relevant payment channel. The scope of data is limited to what is needed for that purpose and is not used for purposes unrelated to subscription delivery.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account remains in use or for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order records are kept for the periods required for transaction verification, refund processing, and applicable obligations. Access analytics are no longer used as records of personal activity after aggregation and troubleshooting are complete. Support ticket content is retained only as needed to resolve issues and handle related disputes.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request account deletion or specify the data they want handled. After receiving a request, VPNVK verifies account ownership and deletes data that no longer needs to be retained. Records that must remain because of incomplete orders, refund disputes, security investigations, or applicable obligations will be handled after the relevant purpose ends. Deleting an account does not reverse completed payment or refund records.

This policy may be updated when features, data flows, or applicable rules change. The revised version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing, VPNVK will provide an appropriate notice through the website or user panel. Continuing to use the updated service means that the user understands the revised policy.
