Service Scope and Applicability

VPNVK provides network acceleration subscriptions, access to international routes, client downloads, and related account management features. The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with coverage across 110+ countries and 180+ routes. The user panel provides the current details on available regions, route types, and client features.

Connection results may vary with the network environment, destination, and device configuration. VPNVK may adjust node entry points, route types, and connection methods for route maintenance, network scheduling, security requirements, or service operations. These adjustments are intended to maintain overall service operation and do not guarantee access to every region, route, or third-party website at all times.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login details and are responsible for subscription purchases, route connections, and setting changes made through their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity appears, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Active subscriptions support unlimited devices, but may only be used by the account holder and within a reasonable scope of authorization. Users may not resell subscriptions, publish subscription details, share accounts with unspecified third parties, or turn a personal subscription into a public proxy, commercial relay, or other paid service for third parties. Users are responsible for consequences arising from public sharing, including traffic depletion, account abnormalities, or invalid subscription details.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before payment, users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and applicable usage method. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported, and order status is determined by the user panel record.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the regions where the service is actually used. Users are responsible for confirming that their accessed content, data transfers, and software use comply with relevant requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, disruption of network operations, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, fraud, harassment, or other activities that harm the lawful rights of third parties.

If conduct may affect route stability, other users' normal access, or VPNVK operations, VPNVK may take necessary measures including restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts. VPNVK may also lawfully cooperate with legitimate requests from competent authorities.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNVK maintains and schedules its routes, but cross-border connections are affected by local carriers, device environments, network congestion, third-party platform policies, force majeure, and other factors. The service may experience temporary interruptions, route changes, or feature adjustments due to maintenance, incident response, upstream network changes, or security events.

Users should back up important configurations and business data, and confirm route availability before critical work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNVK is not responsible for losses caused by network interruptions beyond its reasonable control, third-party service restrictions, device configuration errors, or user violations. Nothing here guarantees continuous availability of a specific route or long-term compatibility with a particular third-party service.

Account Termination and Refunds

VPNVK may suspend relevant features or terminate an account in cases including subscription resale, public account sharing, disruption of route operation, unlawful activity, attempts to bypass normal billing procedures, or serious violations of these terms. Before taking action, VPNVK may ask the user to explain the situation depending on the nature of the incident. Where there is an apparent risk or ongoing impact on other users, service restrictions may be applied first.

A full refund may be requested without stating a reason within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel with information that can be used to verify the order. Refunds are processed based on the order status and actual payment record; differences in settlement time caused by the payment channel follow that channel's processing schedule. Requests involving violations, service abuse, or unusual transaction risks will be reviewed under applicable law and the actual order circumstances.

Changes and Interpretation

VPNVK may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service, laws and regulations, or operating rules. Revisions will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Material changes affecting user rights will receive appropriate notice through the website or user panel. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and properly manage your account content during the active subscription period.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Matters not expressly covered by these terms will be handled according to applicable law, the plans page, and the actual order record.
